  • How Are Your Cookies Priced?
    Our cookies are priced per cookie, dozen, or platter. The more cookies you buy, the better the deal. Our cookies range from $2 for a single cookie to $45 for a large platter. Custom orders are priced based on several factors including cookie count, ingredients used, difficulty, and time frame, among others.   • How Do I Place an Order?
    You can place a cookie order by visiting our Ordering and Pricing page. Anywhere you see "Order Here", you may click and you will be directed to our cookie order form.
  • What Happens Once My Order is Placed?
    First of all, thank you for your interest! Once your order has been received, you will get a confirmation email with your invoice and pricing within 24 hours. Once the invoice has been paid via your preferred method, your order will be processed. Based on when you need your order, will be when your cookies are prepared. Our cookies are guaranteed to be at peak freshness upon customer receipt. Payment is due a minimum of 48 hours prior to customer receipt of their order. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for your order to be completed. If you need your order within the 48 hour time frame, we can try to accommodate. A rush surcharge of $10 may be added to the order to accommodate.
  • What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
    For orders placed online, we gladly accept credit and debit cards (powered by PayPal Invoice), Paypal, Venmo, and CashApp. During pop ups and farmer's markets, we accept Cash, Credit or Debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp.
  • Am I Able to Order Fewer than a Dozen Cookies?
    Ordering requires a minimum of one dozen cookies. However, we do conduct pop ups and are available for ready made pick up at farmers markets (seasonally). Be sure to follow us on Facebook, instagram, or Twitter to find out when our pop ups and farmers market appearances will be.
  • How Will I Know When You Pop Up?
    Each time we host a pop up or visit a farmers market, we will update our Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts with up to date information. Our location is also available on our website on the Contact Us page.
  • Do You Offer Shipping?
    We currently offer shipping within Virginia state lines. Shipping options are priced based on market values. Unless specified, orders are shipped standard UPS Ground. Orders that require shipping require a preparation time of one week.
  • Do You Deliver?
    We currently offer limited delivery of orders. Delivery days and times are limited due to scheduling. Our current delivery area is the Hampton Roads area that includes the cities of Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton, parts of Yorktown, and Newport News. There is a flat rate delivery fee of $7 for all orders. Orders delivered to multiple addresses will be an additional $5 per address. Delivery of orders outside of the current delivery area can be discussed and may be assessed an additional fee.
  • What Cookies Can I Order?
    Any of the cookies that are currently listed on our menu are available to order. Please be advised that out of season flavors may be charged an additional prep fee as we use fresh, seasonal ingredients in our cookies. Additionally, we always accept custom orders and can work with you to accommodate your needs.
  • Can I Mix and Match Flavors?
    Yes, we offer assortments in our boxed cookie and platter options. Each dozen comes with your choice of one flavor. Additional flavors are $1 more with a maximum of two flavors per dozen.
  • How Do I Cancel or Update My Order?
    Cancellation prior to 48 hours before the pick up or delivery date can be done by emailing us at bkncookies@gmail.com or messaging us through our Facebook page BKN Cookies. If you have completed your payment, we will be glad to offer a full refund. Orders that are cancelled within 48 hours of pick up or delivery will not be refunded. Please email us at bkncookies@gmail.com or message us through our Facebook page BKN Cookies if you wish to cancel an order. Updates made outside of 48 hours may be accommodated. Customers making adjustments will be sent an amended price quote. If there is an additional balance, it should be paid a minimum of 48 hours prior to delivery/pick up. Please allow up to 48 hours for any partial refunds to be processed.
  • Is Your Kitchen Allergy Free?
    We at BKN Cookies do not operate an allergy free kitchen. While we take precautions to limit contact to potential allergens for our customers, we can not guarantee products completely free from allergens such as eggs, nuts, gluten, and soy. Any and all products consumed are done so at the customer's own risk.
